Hello!

Hello and welcome! Before becoming an English tutor, I spent many years working as a chef in the hospitality industry, where I developed a strong work ethic, creativity, and a deep appreciation for culture through food. I also love traveling and exploring different ways of life, which has shaped how I communicate and connect with people. I enjoy thoughtful, engaging conversations, and I bring that energy into my lessons to help students feel comfortable while also growing their ability to express themselves clearly. If you can already speak English but struggle to express your ideas clearly, naturally, and with confidence, you’re in the right place. I work with intermediate and advanced learners (B1–C1) who want to: - Improve speaking for IELTS exams - Communicate more confidently in professional environments - Have deeper, more meaningful conversations in English.

I am an avid traveler who has visited more than 30 countries and lived in 3 countries! I speak 3 languages, English, Creole and Spanish with English being my mother tongue. What I love most about travel isn’t just seeing new places, it’s the conversations, the shared meals, and those small moments where you realize how different (and similar) we all are. I’ve had some of my most meaningful experiences simply sitting with someone, talking about life, culture, and everyday things, and that’s the same energy I bring into my lessons. I have also been a professional chef for more than 17 years and I love food, and learning about new cuisines around the world!
