Hello!
Hello! My name is Aoife Spillane. I am Irish and I am currently living in Ireland. I have a TEFL Certificate, a degree in Early Years and Childhood Studies and a Masters in Primary Teaching. I have 5 years teaching experience. I worked in the United Arab Emirates for two years as a Grade 1 class teacher and a Grade 2 English teacher, I taught in Primary Schools in Ireland for two years and I also worked in a playschool for a year teaching children of 3 and 4 years of age. I have also been teaching English online for 6 months and volunteered in Calcutta India for a summer teaching children English and planning fun activities for children between the ages of 3 and 15 years.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going for walks, reading books and travelling. I have traveled to lots of different countries including Vietnam, Thailand, The United Arab Emirates, France and Italy. I love seeing new places and learning about different cultures.

Teaching Style
The teaching methods I use in my lessons are active learning and child centered learning and I include games. I also like to use props and my puppet.I love teaching children and I like to make my lessons fun, active and engaging for my students.
